We want to protect your personal information and handle it in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the law, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation of 10 May 2018 (“GDPR”). 1. Candidate: your data as a part of ongoing or future recruitment procedures.
We collect your name, contact details and other relevant information directly from your CV. We would like to make sure we’re finding the jobs most suited to you.

– type of job you are looking for,
– your CV.
How long will we be processing your personal data?
Your data will be stored until you no longer wish for your data to be processed by WBS Sp. z o.o.
Who will you share my personal data with?
We may share your information with any member of WBS Sp. z o.o.

If you contact us (Client) via inquiry on our website: www.wbspraca.pl we are processing your data in order to answer it.
What kind of information are we processing to provide this service?
– name and surname, e-mail, phone number,
– the content of the inquiry.

Your data will be stored until you no longer wish for your data to be processed by WBS Sp. z o.o.

You are in control of your data
What rights do you have concerning our processing of your personal data?
In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation, you have numerous rights associated with the personal data provided to us, including the following:
1) You are allowed to give or withdraw your consent regarding the processing of your personal data:
– as a Candidate as a part of ongoing or future recruitment procedures,
– as a Client – a natural person who contact us via inquiry on our website.
2) the right to submit reasonable objection to your personal data processing within the legitimate interests of WBS Sp. z o.o. company, for reasons related to your exceptional situation.
3) the right to access your data, including obtaining copies of data subject to processing, also in electronic form.
4) the right to correct your personal data if your data in our possession is inaccurate or incomplete.
5) the right to delete your data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and WBS Sp. z o.o. has no grounds for its processing, for example based on your consent or legal obligation.
6) the right to transfer data provided to you by us in a machine-readable format, for example if you would like to share it with another service provider.
7) the right to limit the processing of your data in the following cases (when applying, please indicate one of the following):
– if you have concerns about the accuracy of your data,
– if you think that we should not process your data, but at the same time you do not want us to remove it from our database,
– if we do not need such personal data anymore, but you need it in connection with the pursuit of claims,
– if you object to the processing of your data and our responsibility is to check whether we should process it further.
You can use your rights by submitting an appropriate command to the Company’s office, via traditional mail or electronic mail.
WBS Sp. z o.o. within one month of receiving the instruction will provide you with information about the actions taken in connection with your request. If necessary, the deadline for your request can be extended by a further two months due to the complexity of the case/request or the number of requests.
In order to fulfill your request, we are entitled to verify your identity so that your data will not be sent to an unauthorized person.
If your request would be obviously unjustified or excessive, in particular due to its usual nature, the Company may request a reasonable fee to implement the application or refuse to take an action in connection with the request.
